HOW IT WORKS

1. Click www.hockshouse.com to check on availability of preferred stay dates.
2. Choose room and fill in require fields.
3. Type your voucher number in “Special Requirements”
4. Select “Direct bank transfer” as your payment selection and click Book Now.
5. You will receive a confirmation email immediately if booking transaction is successful.
6. Bring your valid voucher upon check-in.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

∙ Valid for 12 months from date issued.

∙ Not valid on eves and public holidays.

∙ Self booking at www.hockshouse.com.

∙ 6 days prior booking required for verification purposes.

∙ Subject to availability.

∙ We reserve the right to cancel or change a booking and you will be notified as soon as possible if occurs.

∙ Check-in time: after 3.00pm / Check-out time: 12.00pm.

∙ Combine vouchers to extend stay.

∙ Not valid with other ongoing promotions or discounts.

∙ Original vouchers must be presented upon check-in.

∙ No refund permitted once voucher is purchased.

∙ No changes allowed if less than 3 days from confirmed check-in date.

∙ Failure to check-in will be treated as a no-show.

∙ Voucher subject to forfeiture for cancellation, no-show or unused voucher.

SURCHARGES

∙ Stays on Fridays and Saturday: RM28 per room per night.

∙ Check-in after 11.00pm: RM18 per room.

∙ Change of check-in date: RM15 per room.
